SE Washington Aging and Long Term Care (ALTC) a lead health home for Healthcare Authority and the designated area agency on aging (AAA agency), provides information, resources, and services to individuals age 60 and older, their caregivers, and those with disabilities in order to improve the quality of care they receive.
After transitioning to its own council of government in 2014, ALTC discovered a need for their own accounting software so they could manage their financial affairs in-house. With the need to build their accounting solution from the ground up combined with their desire to receive support and assistance, ALTC turned to RBP Methods and Abila MIP Fund Accounting. Abila MIP Fund Accounting was the most recommended among similar agencies.
RBP’s experience working with AAA agencies made the transition much easier. Knowing what the agency needed in terms of accounting features and what to expect during the implementation process, RBP Methods walked with ALTC through the entire implementation and worked right alongside the agency to ensure the process went as smoothly as possible.
