The United Way of the Columbia-Willamette has a new grant program for tax exempt organizations.  The grants are 1 to 3 years and you must be serving residents of Clackamas, Washington, Multnomah or Clark county.  The full text of the email is below, along with dates and times of their mandatory pre-proposal conference.
